    Thx for that info! So net neutral with liabilities matched by assets? Looks like another turnaround story as has been largely done now for Saloro. We had fair warning another acquisition was on the cards and this one looks like a good long term play to me. I am guessing EQR and its partners will be able to access the necessary funds to make any necessary changes such it becomes cash flow positive.

    Certainly, the pre-market seems to like the news!
