just reread announcement say shareholders are welcome to retain their current holding and remain as shareholders in a public company as are the board.
why mention public company . We already know that. Is it a reference they stating it has no intention of becoming private.
what does as are the board mean. Surely board already knows what the plans are. Why would board members sell at near 20 year lows . Does it mean the board will be staying shareholders.
company buying board members shares doesn’t make sense if what this about.
