This buy back will use almost all available cash if it goes ahead. If the company was expecting a sudden increase in revenue I wouldnt think they would use the money for a buy back. My gut feeling is a takeover may be looming and this is intended to hold the share price up short term. Its nice to have something to speculate on. Its been a boring stock for a long time.
