Hi maxi - I’m happy if ceo and meng and Foxconn take private. Just want them to pay out all other shareholders at a price they have always say company should be.
many have always said the ceo is honest and shareholders are his priority so privatising at a fair price is ok.
I see first big buyer for 1 million shares at 4.9c appear early today but I just check and he gone now.
hopefully some updates on fda approval for spirosonic and why they not announce it. Koneksa health and my air app ehealth , ventitest and all other products include Foxconn update hope come soon. Be nice to add a big Australian company distributor that Could put 1a and bp plus in significant more hospitals and ambulances.
more products more distributors more revenues was the catch cry .
appalling low share price but most buying I have seen for many years which should be normal for undervalued companies if in fact Uscom is actually undervalued but lack of revenue and information make it hard to know
