    If they received NMPA manufacturing approval tomorrow and that went on to rescue cashflow they would be fine regarding disclosure. Also probably fine depending on conditions if they propose taking the company private at the next AGM.

    Though a handshake agreement in the depths of Chengdu isn't provable so they'd probably be fine if that occurred as well.
