This still feels like a strange move. Any holder wanting to exit can only have 10% of their shares bought back so doesnt solve their problem.

Has the potential to use a large chunk of money that was raised by capital raising in a company that doesnt have a large amount of cash.

The only thing I can think is maybe that revenue is improving and so the board is comfortable that funding wont be a problem. Its the only thing that in my mind explains this decision and also wouldnt require an announcement as improving revenue would just be announced at the next quarterly.

Manufacturing at Foxconn must be close to commencing and with it should flow sales that have been in the pipeline since the China made rules came into effect.
