Well this is both unexpected and kind of expected. I might take it up partially for tax reasons... But presumably the next tranche will be at a higher price even if they burn through the company's cash. From memory they'll need 75% approval to take it private (Both volume and individual shareholders(?)) then maybe we'll have leverage if no large holders budge. Since they took out the small holders at 4.5c and are now trying to take out mugs like us at 5.5c.

Also hints at them "losing" the paper work for NMPA and why FDA wasn't trumpeted.
