Market valued the asset at $0 when they had it. Wonder how they come up with the 'US$1.1B Statement of Claim'???
The only positive in the announcement was that EQX are evaluating non recourse funding to cover the legal costs of the arbitration.
At least this way cash drain will be reduced whilst we sit in unlisted suspension wasteland.......
