Starting to get some bids
IO price has little bearing on such a tiny MC company
So this will bounce off IPO price like most do.
IO price regardless will be strong into the future, China needing 200 million homes right now in the bigger cities to meet demand, hence the prices in the big cities are well underpinned.
Highrise where there is no industry (media demolition images) is obviously a waste of time,
demand for building in the big cities is insatiable .
