And I appreciate you have a different investing style as mention in your post on the other thread, but for mine investing in a tight register and directors is fraught with risk and as shown from recent history can end badly (think anything Brewer had his hands on). Its essentially investing in hopes and dreams without anything tangible or of value to back it up, which is ok for a shell at a tiny market cap, but at $17+ million...its a major concern. But hey, if it has worked for you then great and best of luck.
