Not sure where I got 10-12% from..error from me there, Ill wear it. Still, I think they could have raised the $3.250. This is about 15%, the max without requiring s/h approval. Would have kept their 70% interest, and had a better chance of realising any value in the project when and if they wanted to in the future. Instead it will be locked away in escrow. Do you know if the lead manager shares, options, success fee shares etc will be escrowed?
I know how options work, nice to get so many for nothing. You say you haven't looked too far in depth at a lot of this, yet you have answers at hand for everything, anything your not letting on?
