Bear with me, are you basically saying that both companies are reliant on the success / failure of each other?
~ ie: I get why, If the Hamersley Project is not viable and the share price tanks, PF1's share price will be affected - only based on the circa 40% shareholding PF1 will be holding? but Hamersley was divested, was not a core business to Pathfinder, had nil accounting value and was fully impaired, even Equinox at $0.05c per share is still more value to PF1 than just sitting stranded on the books depleting company funds to maintain the tenement.
~ ie: if the King Tut project suffers the same fate and is not viable, and the share price depreciates it will impact the share price of Equinox how?

It's early days but the EQN listing looks strong, PF1's EQN holding inc perf shares sitting awfully close to the current PF1 MC. Have you been able to locate the hurdles/vesting timetable for the performance shares?
