Wow. This is a very interesting development. Just when I was thinking that all is quiet, Management have put together what looks to be a very promising Alliance.
It would be good to know more about this company and its stakeholders, but it looks to me like its a chinese co looking to sell its products in Aust & US. Further, its good to hear they have a solid track record and not some hopefuls with empty promises.
I would like to know what the terms/ price etc of the 150m shares but the option tranches are a great incentive.
Could this be the big deal we have been hoping for. The next 12 months will tell. All i can say is great work Des and his team.
