There has been ample opportunity to top up along the way, however, giving shares away at this price does not show sound judgement in this case by the movers and shakers of this company, more of mates rates opportunity. A raise at +65c would still have the same outcome i.e oversubscribed. I'm not against the raise just the method behind the madness.
