Yes you are spot on with your comments. Regal I think have put more money in to save their equity and get a chance to recover the investment before the note holders come in and dilute everyone out. The only thing that can save us now is an improvement in production and the coal prices holding up. Its now very risky. Fortunately has never been a big part of my portfolio.
