Agree - the SP should go to 5c+ once they officially dig dirt, and 6-7c+ once they actually start exporting.
The 20% discount goes in line with your point that this is not a hook line n sinker, there is risk for the investor coming on board for this fact.
I'm optimistic that VMS get the dirt moving by end of the month.
