Bonuses are fine - if they are linked to results .. The problem here is the BOD probably wanted "this result" (a NASDAQ listing).. So the bonus is tied most likely to that? See they (as in the entire company and BOD) have never really cared about you (the shareholder).. They have clearly.. and always been after the US.. lock stock and barrel But here is the thing you need to get yr head around,...... At your (as in Aussie shareholder) expense.. I'm sorry to spell it out so bluntly like that - but that is the clear reality.. Just MO
