The question you need to all ask yourselves is not "Is WP worth the 6 million bonus for NASDAQ and the 1 million a y?r ( for the last decade leading up to this outcome)..." From the company employee and BOD point of view - that might be the ultimate aim... and could be argued is a very good outcome...(for them) The question to ask is was this the companies ultimate goal in the first place? An how did they possibly think this was going to be achieved (to this point) ..developing and launching a Valve like this... without alot of money...? And why didn't they have realistic budgetary forecasts in place to tell you all (as shareholders) it was going to require so much of yr capital? See as far as I have been following things, they have never disclosed and come clean that it was clearly going to take a very very large amount of capital.. And if it was so pie in the sky all along (ie would require so much of yr capital), why didn't they just sell it all way earlier on? and let someone else "do it? Just MO
