6 million earn might have been better deserved if this Company had hit the NASDAQ running instead of limping in at a discount to the sp at the time, all this with the supposed Worlds best IP at hand.
Part of me was expecting it to be done at a premium, one thing I have learnt is to have no expectations with this Company.
Think you can forget about the takeover stuff for at least a year plus …. maybe, …. this is a Company going it alone, and with no significant catalyst to lift the sp in the next nine months it’s next CR likely to be another ‘give me’ to opportunistic entities who will hedge this to the max.
Expectations that this will not be the case?, best of British luck on that one.
