This is how we ended up with this appalling IPO going through.
Some personnel had enormous incentives to make sure it went through.
Management had the ability to withdraw from the IPO if they thought the raise price was too low.
They obviously thought this price was ok, but then they had incentives offered.
I think for all companies management should just receive a salary instead of incentives and bonuses
offered as well.
Then we know what the cost will be to us.
Just do the job for a slightly larger salary then this may not have gone through.
Hopefully things will improve !
