The $6m is his reward for listing in the US. I dislike this. It's wrong but what are any of us going to do about it? It's easier for them do this than risk anything buying the stock.
On another note, the stock has overshot to the downside here compared to the US price. We should be around $9 here converted. I think it's just a by product of the trend from many who don't understand how we just issued around $90m in USD stock which has been reflected in our price here from $20 down to where we are now. I personally should have dumped everything north of $20 if I realized this.
And, there's been nothing in it for the long term holders here.
The long term owners. Families. Shafted by the board. I would email Wayne complaining but it would be a waste of time.
The next time he says something to like holders will be looked after I will call him on his bullshit.
