See unfortunately it's human nature to trust... good people like all of us, get fooled by this emotion.as humans, it's built into our DNA... search the field of epigenetics and how this leads to human trust for the betterment of the group. And the ongoing survival of the species.
You just have to learn from the experience so you can look out for the clues and signals in ones investment decisions so you do you don't get fooled by it again
