December 4th financial news, Hebang Biology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebang Biology (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd., recently signed a 'Share Subscription Agreement' with the Australian-listed company Avenira Limited. The agreement involves subscribing to 181,818,182 newly issued ordinary shares, representing 10.47% of the company's pre-issue total share capital, with an investment amount of 2 million Australian dollars (approximately 9,419,200.00 RMB). Previously, the company had held 2.84% of AEV's shares through Hebang Hong Kong, and with this transaction, the company will now hold a total of 12.04% of AEV’s shares. This investment will be paid with Hebang Hong Kong's own funds, aiming to integrate resource industry chains around the main business, build a yellow phosphorus plant using AEV’s high-quality phosphate resources through an investment model, and ensure a stable supply of yellow phosphorus to meet future production demands. The investment will be accounted for as an equity instrument investment.
