As a CAF shareholder not DVR I was a bit concerned that EBITA not NPAT multiple of 5.5 times for $250k minority stake was overs.

No wonder so many advisers are getting out if that is the market price , the lifetime of a client must be 12-15 years to justify that type of earnings multiple , i knw an accountancy practice sells for 1 times annual revenue r 3 times NPAT at the top end for 100% ownership let alone a minority stake
