Yeah this is true but I think they may be close to burning all their bridges on semantics.
Although I am a supporter of the corporate strategy and the manner in which management have delivered to date on things on which they have control, it has been a bad month for the company from a communications perspective. Gotta call it when you see it.
Regardless of fault of the title of the MPA (MOU), the sharemarket is an outcomes based industry IMO and words matter.
There is no reason why an update cannot be given as expected. It is an update after all.
