    So now, If you want to buy ECT's 'tech' or use their extruded coal sausages then they will organise the finance (and take a commission) so you can set up your business to do so.

    They don't see the warning this is broadcasting, that they can't themselves convince the market to provide the capital to build their own production infrastructure but they will organise the finance for you to do it?
