suggest you replace "will be taken for" to "are"
With the amount of posting on this forum the holders need to see if you can pull 5% of shares togther and EGM. The "management" won't save holders.
Great CR getting $83,333 when there is about $2.75m in the bank, and then $83,333 in each of sep and dec. LOL.
