Nice how they use the word 'accelerate' instead of the more accurate phrase 'pay for'. Technically the term 'accelerate' is not wrong, since the whole process would grind to a halt if not paid for, but 'accelerate' puts a positive spin on a dilution event which would otherwise amount to a negative reflection on managements performance.
