The key part is this
"Strong leverage to a rising gold price. For example, a ~10% increase from the DFS assumed gold price of A$2,700/oz, would result in a ~A$700m increase in post-tax NPV [at 5% discount rate]"
Gold in AUD is already 30% above the assumed price...!
And that's before global dedollarisation kicks in. DEG will be a cash generating machine.
