Torbreck. Gle's cost of production for the tails section is now estimated by Silex to be around 30usd/lb, so on par with a really efficient mine (tier one). Royalties will come back directly to Silex regardless of what Gle decides to do with it's profits. (I'm guessing that Gle will have a period of rapid modular expansion up to 8million swu in mind initially.)
Now that the Swu price has taken off, it maybe that Leu or Haleu (plef 2 or 3) get built first.
