It depends on each SPP and the terms the company elects to implement. In this case, no discount was offered.
I too am disappointed with the dramatic fall in the share price. We even head the list on Simply Wall Street for the top loser of the week at -33.7%! However, you also need to remember we were $3.15 or thereabouts at the start of this calendar year, so we are just giving up much of what we gained over the past two months. You can also look at it and say it was fortunate we have been able to raise considerable funds at a substantial (near 20%) premium to the current price. Impeccable timing by Chris Wilks again. I think the company is in the best position it has been in for 15 years. Exciting times!
