well the share price has been getting forced down below or the same price as the offer in the past fortnight. There is not too much encouragement to do so for retail as they can buy on market, plus everything in life is getting more expensive so people are holding back. Also, organising it at the end of tax sell time was stupid. If they waited another month they could have got retail at a good time when many got tax returns back. Overall a pretty horribly timed raise. FYI, I got involved and entered the raise just to help the company and their future and avoid dilution but I held out until the last minute and there were times when I thought about saying no.
