Good post. My only issue is that you bemoan the necessary evil (and it is necessary to get the right people) on one hand and paint rainbows on the other.

You're right, I'm up to my neck in the industry and deal with everyone from the ground to the banks and other wankers. Which is why I can say the finance deal announced was nothing more than trying to flesh out an m&a, conditions precedent meant it would never fly, don't even start on the ridiculous gr's deal.

I'm just excited to see this finally go into production with a team who knows how to build a low cost mill and work a low grade ore body better than anyone.
