Well said Kenny; I couldn't agree more. Now it's just a case of ticking the boxes.
Of course management would have tried to get the highest price possible and the investor wanted the lowest price possible. In this case, for reasons unbeknownst to us, the investors had a win.
If it was done at 50c rather than 40c there'd be about 5m shares less on issue so who cares. The important thing is that they have the money to prosecute their plan.
