Yes, it's a necessary but significant dilution. IO price is doing well currently but still have funding risk, production 18 months away and it's Africa!!
280 mil shares to be added to current 450 mil shares.
Re-instatement will see it head down near the cr price IMO. If IO price holds up in 2025 and this gets into production then at or around 10 cents post
cr can reward patient investors.
