I myself have lost part of my faith.
1. Look at the chart, where we have 12 m volume, 2 days before CR ann. Isn't that volume a clear sign of information leak?
It was a questionable volume that day.
2. The second big question is that, why they agreed to issue a size equal to 5% of the company at 30 to 40% lower than the market price?
They claim that they will sign a new agreement with a tier 1 player by mid 23. So why they did not wait 3 months to CR at a better price or at least why they did not raise at a more reasonable price?
Were they in a rush for CR? The financial statement says no. So, why so low price and why this rush, and who where those who sold at $7 two days before this shameful CR and now can buy back at $5?
