Exactly - on the money. The CR should have been halted after that massive spike in volume - at least a self declared Trading Halt.
I guess the question is - was the CR affected by the declining SP, or was it always going to be $5? If it was always going to be $5, then anyone with info would have got out, as clearly they did. If the CR is affected by the SP closing price on Weds, then wouldnt corporate governance kick in and you call a stop.
No.........because its all of them, no exceptions. So now I'm here for the technology alone, not interested in any words that come from CH here onwards. You pays yer money, you takes yer choice.
