Dear Happy Clapper,
If you do happen to find some extra cash, you can buy shares cheaper on market than the SPP. This is the market telling you that the raise stinks and they don't see the corresponding advantage/value everyone seems to think this raise will bring. (Also since your dollars are hard earned why not buy @$4.86 currently instead of $5)
