Irrespective if the CR price was already set at $5 (which I believe it would have been) we would have retraced to this price post the raise announcement anyway.I think the price running up past $8 (after the raise price was already set) caught all unawares - unfortunately it allowed someone aware of the raise (not the company) to capitalise.
We are where we are - the company is now well funded to accelerate the path to commercialisation and I think this will be a short-term blip on the radar.
