Ok, been thinking about how this has played out,

coby goes to the US, does his presentation AND talks about the CR and remember when that happens, we weren’t Farr off the SP where we are now.
the funds like it, strike price agreed, probably they know a date as well.
it’s they that then start to buy on the open market, driving the price up considerably, gets to around $9, they start to sell bit here’s and there, bearing in mind they know when the news of the placement is due. They then full on dump their investment driving the price down as yesterday knowing they are getting a ton more at $5. All the while having made several million on the way up.

it’s an insidious world in that corporate finance area, I’m not sure what coby could have done differently as this probably blindsided him. You can bet he won’t like this one bit as it makes him look bad.

but it’s happened,weebit is still the same beast with the same potential it has, it’s just we’ve been okayed by the big leaguer and there nothing we’ve can do about it.
