The only winners in Class Actions are the scum bag lawyers.
I was in the SGH Class Action for 3 years.
I prob lost $5k in the stock, and after the proceedings were finalised I got......$45 payout from the Class Action.
And to top it off SGH is still going, when they should have been disbarred.
