Like you, I'm a new investor in WBT. I also saw that line in an old preso that said they were funded until 2024. But watching more recent presos from the company, I got the impression that their path to market has suddenly accelerated, because tasks have been completed and boxes ticked. Say from around October 2022. They are now getting an upsurge in enquiries and offers of collaboration, all of which require funding and resources. Isn't it the case that they have decided to do the CR so that they can fund all these activities ? I don't really care if they changed their minds to do a CR if the money gets spent to accelerate their path to commercialisation. It's a bonus that dilution has been kept to a minimum too.
