30.0% discount to a 5-day VWAP..........right there ASIC should be involved, this is a ~$1.0B company, we're not prospecting.
And $6M allocated to sales and marketing.......? The only companies that could get involved with WBT products you can count on your 2 hands, how could you possibly spent that amount 'marketing' it? That's a lot of trade fairs and company embossed satchels.....
