Here's a prediction of how the timing of this stuff may play out
Instos get stock before SPP opens (always irks me that )
Possible retail "sell " down close to $5 placement price .
SPP opens
positive news - share price rises ( instos can play around as they have their stock)
SPP closes early
Thats just the joy of the market
Of course the above may never happen !!
