Disingenuous in the extreme to peg it to the previous day SP.
And a massive discount over VWAP. 30%.
With such positive prospects why such a huge discount?
The dilution isn't massive. But it could have been significantly less. Or raised significantly more.
This is strike 2. Each one takes trust from the equation. There isn't a lot left.
Trust may return if the insider trading is investigated and prosecuted.
