Its simple, they should have pulled and delayed any CR once the SP tanked 20% - no ifs, no buts. WBT has $45.0M in the bank - that would have tied them over until the dust had settled and they could go about this in an orderly manner, and depending where the leaky ship came from - resolve that issue before going again.
Its an insult to see the SP tank 20% and then launch a CR the next day using that in only a '5-day VWAP'................. I'm sorry, Coby should just turn around, pay them the $1.0M or so (if anything for the CR work involved so far) and can it.
No sensible holder is suggesting not to raise - but not when it looks dodgy as hell.
