If you buy shares on Wednesday 16/12 the stock will not receive the entitlement as it is a T+2 settlement period (Trade date plus 2 days), therefore the stock bhgt on 16/12 will not be registered till 18/12. Entitlement is only being offered to registered holders as at 5pm 16/12.
