OK, does that mean the US investors still might be included in Entitlement Offer. I own shares for over 3 years and am a bit pissed. Who are the certain other foriegn jurisdictions? Could you paste a link on posted statement.
"The Entitlement Offer will be open to all registered shareholders who hold shares on the Record Date with a registered address in Australia, New Zealand, or certain other foreign jurisdictions determined by the Directors of Pilbara Minerals"
