I guess the trade off between dilution and minimising the risk of not getting capital in the kitty was decided in the latter's favour.
Personally, surprised that such a large raising was needed at such a relatively low price.....
Smells to me to like the brokers are holding the reins on this one....principally for the benefit of their clients?
91.5m shares to be issued ($75m @ 0.82) - hard to be happy with that level of dilution?
