probably on the company register 200K is still considered as a retail investor and hecne if you hold anything above $500 upto a certain amount its all classed as one...

sure it is a disadvantage to someone holding 200K and I that is why I know some have different accounts for themselves, their partner and their SMSF to get the most out of such offers...

I think the sp will drift towards the $1-$1.05 mark and the spp will find a price around 98 - 99c.. so the spread will not be that mch if you can buy from the market if you need more....just my out-of-the-thin-air calculations...
